Shipping and delivery

1. You place the order

On the book page, choose Get printed copy and enter your name, phone, city, address and quantity. No account is required.

2. We confirm by phone

We contact you on the number you gave to confirm the book, the quantity, the delivery address and the payment details for your chosen method (bank transfer, cash deposit or mobile payment). Orders are normally confirmed within one business day.

3. We ship

Printed books are shipped after the order is confirmed. Delivery time depends on your city; most orders in Morocco arrive within a few days of confirmation.

Delivery area

We deliver across Morocco. For delivery outside Morocco, contact us first at contact@litdarija.com so we can confirm whether it is possible and at what cost.

Shipping cost

Any delivery fee is confirmed with you before the order is finalised, together with the total to pay. You are never charged something you did not agree to on the phone.

Wrong or missing delivery

If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, contact us with the phone number used for the order and we will replace it or refund it. See the refund policy.
